Vintage Anagram Initial Pendant Necklace

This is a truly unique initial pendant made from a vintage Anagram game piece.

The Anagram game may have originated as a Victorian parlor game with the first modern version published around 1934. Anagram sets are no longer published. Anagram was played similar to Scrabble, but after players formed words, other players could “steal” the words by creating an anagram.

The letter has a black background and a cream colored raised letter. These are vintage so no two are alike. The approximate size is 1 inch x 1 inch. Colored letters also available and are slightly smaller at ¾ inch by ¾ inch.

The pendant was made with lead-free solder and includes an 18” nickel ball chain.
