In Latin, the word fiat means “let it be done.” Mary's fiat was an immediate acceptance of and consent to God's will for her life: “May it be done to me.” Her yes was total and complete; she held nothing of herself back from God.
This necklace features a black and white image of Madonna and Child. The charm measures 1" x 1.5." The back of the charm features part of Mary's Fiat, her response to the Angel Gabriel in Luke Chapter 1. Two verse options are shown. Contact us if you would like something custom.
There are two color options. Choose from bright silver or an aged patina . Both base-metal chains are 18 inches long. Longer length chain is available. Indicate the length in the notes section when ordering.
